Support & Advice
A guide to looking after your mental health at University
At the University of Chichester we pride ourselves on the support we provide and offer to students. There are a variety of services available throughout your entire University experience including having an Academic Advisor in your department throughout your entire course, student support that you can book through SIZ or mental health pop up sessions that you can turn up and see student support straight away!
Our wonderful Students' Union also make themselves available on both campuses as much as possible to help support students so that no-one suffers alone.
Ideal Flatmate have made an extremely helpful guide for students on how to promote good mental health and how to best to deal with any issues you may face during your University experience.
