HOW TO: Book a Student Support counselling session
Our incredible Student Support and Wellbeing team make themselves as available as they can to our students.
We recognise there are times in life when it's easier to talk to someone outside your friends and family about issues that are bothering you. A member of the team will listen to you, be non-judgemental, respect your views and help you find your own answers and plan a way forward.
Come and talk to us if you are going through a tough time; we are here to listen and help you move towards your goals.
Counselling assessments can be booked through our Support and Information Zone (SIZ) via 01243816000, email@example.com or visiting the SIZ reception desks on either campus.

If you feel unsafe or unwell then please contact your GP, who has 24/7 responsibility for your health care, or dial NHS line 111 for advice and information.

If you require urgent support then please contact the Emergency services or make your way to the nearest A&E Dept.
