Delivery costs
Chi Life charges a flat delivery rate of £4.00 on orders under £60.
Delivery is free on orders over £60
Any applicable delivery charge will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times
Delivery times can vary depending on the product and the supplier or fulfilment partner used.
Our estimated delivery times are provided on the relevant product page and/or at checkout wherever possible.
Some products are fulfilled and dispatched directly by our carefully selected third-party suppliers. This means that items from the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive in separate parcels.
Please don't worry if your order arrives in more than one delivery — this can simply mean that your products are being sent from different fulfilment locations.
