These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Chi Life website and to purchases made through our online shop.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with Chi Life, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Chi Life is a sole trader business selling products for chihuahuas and small dogs, together with dog-related gifts and accessories.

"Customer", "you" and "your" refer to the person placing an order with us.
2. Products and product information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Where a product has specific size, material, care or other important information, this will be provided on the relevant product page.

Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.
After placing an order, you should receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order.
Your order will be accepted when we send you confirmation that the order has been accepted, at which point a contract between you and Chi Life will be formed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:
a product is unavailable;
there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error;
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity; or
we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will provide an appropriate refund.
4. Prices and payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
The price payable for a product will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges.
We will display applicable delivery charges before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using the payment methods made available through our website.
We do not knowingly store your full payment-card details. Payment information may be processed by our third-party payment providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Delivery
We will provide information about available delivery options, estimated delivery times andapplicable delivery charges on the website and/or during checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary depending on the product, supplier, fulfilment arrangements and delivery service used.
Some products may be fulfilled and dispatched by third-party suppliers on behalf of Chi Life.
Where an order contains products supplied from different fulfilment locations, items may arrive separately.
We will keep you informed where we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days after the contract is formed, subject to circumstances permitted by law.

6. Risk and delivery
Responsibility for the goods remains with Chi Life until the goods come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them, unless you have independently arranged for a carrier not offered by us.
We will work with our fulfilment and delivery partners to investigate delivery problems and will assist you where an order is lost, damaged or otherwise not delivered as expected.
7. Your right to cancel
When you purchase most products from Chi Life online, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains your cancellation rights, the applicable time periods, return arrangements and refunds.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts your statutory cancellation rights.
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right, including certain personalised or made-to-order products, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and certain sealed goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Any applicable exception will be identified or explained before you purchase the relevant product.
8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Your statutory rights apply if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, not fit for purpose or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. Returns and refunds

Please contact Chi Life before returning an item. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address for your particular order.
Please do not return goods directly to a supplier or another address unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

10. Personalised and made-to-order products
Where we offer products that are made to your specification or personalised according to information supplied by you, these may not be eligible for cancellation under the statutory change-of-mind cancellation provisions.
Any applicable exception will be explained before you place your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a personalised or made-to-order product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Chi Life website, including our branding, logos, photographs, illustrations, original artwork, product designs, text and graphics, belongs to Chi Life or is used with permission, unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit Chi Life content without our prior written permission12. Use of our website

These Terms & Conditions, together with the information provided on the relevant product page, our Returns & Refunds Policy and our Privacy Policy, form the basis of our agreement with you in relation to your purchase.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
